Effective Tuesday, February 17, 2015, all filings in a civil appeal or original proceeding submitted to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Appellate District must be filed electronically (e-Filed) through the Court’s electronic filing system, TrueFiling. The TrueFiling system was developed in partnership with the vendor ImageSoft, Inc. The e-Filing system will allow electronic transmission of all civil documents to the court on a 24-hour basis.
