Michael Kern, CEO of Direct Legal Support, Inc. is a 35-year veteran of the profession as well a second-generation process server. Michael has had his hand in every aspect of litigation support ever since, and directly attributes his success to his dedication to his passion for this profession.
Michael has educated hundreds of process servers across the county on marketing, service of process certification, marketing techniques and strategies to marketing your business, offer new services, client management & cost control, while maintaining the basic and successful philosophy that it is important to teach others for the betterment of the profession to continue to evolve and expand
Michael has been a member of the CALSPro, since 1992 (30 Years) and has served on board member of CALSPro for over 17 years, serving in many different capacities including President of the association. Michael has also served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), including President from 2017-2019 and has been on the board of directors, since 2015. Michael has been a member of NAPPS since 1997 (25 Years). Michael is also a member/vendor of the Los Angeles Paralegal Association (LPI), since 2010 and have given several educational presentations to the membership.
