She is the Executive Director of Hoge Fenton. She joined the firm in 2019, bringing over 20 years of midsize and large law firm leadership experience. She leads the firm’s administrative functions, including finance, marketing, quality assurance and risk management, human resources, staff support, systems administration, information resources, vendor relationships, facilities, and communication.
She is dedicated to achieving the highest level of excellence in all administrative and operations functions by balancing the interests of stakeholders across the organization. Her proficiency in legal compliance, employee recruiting and performance management, combined with her integrity and thoughtful approach to problem solving, help her reach this goal. Heather has expertise in building collaborative teams and fostering a collegial and effective working environment.
She is a Certified Legal Manager and active member of the Association of Legal Administrators. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources in California (PHRca). Heather is also certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).
