Sheila Grela is a paralegal at Buchalter, founder of Virtual Lunch with Leaders at the San Diego Paralegal Association (SDPA), the Program Director of the San Diego Chapter Women in eDiscovery, and the Secretary of the Law Practice Management Technology Section for the California Lawyers Association (CLA). She is a published author serving on the NALA Continuing Education Council and the Global Advisory Board for EDRM. Sheila enjoys teaching, presenting, and coaching. She has received awards acknowledging her advocacy, including the 2022 Gayle O’Connor GO Spirit Award and 2021 the CAPA Paralegal of the Year.
