Recent publicity around famous conservatorship cases has given conservatorships a bad name. Conservatorships exist for many reasons and offer protections for many sectors of the population. In this presentation, we will focus on general conservatorships, limited conservatorships, temporary conservatorships, LPS conservatorships, and alternatives to conservatorships.
Lynne is LPI’s Legal Education Instructor and LPI Past President from 2020-2022. She currently teaches LPI’s Intermediate and Advanced Legal Professional Training Courses, as well as beginning level classes in the Sacramento area. Lynne has been a legal professional for over 30 years, with broad and specialized experience in several practice areas.
