In this webinar, we will take a look at the Administrative Procedure Act, filing and procedures related to administrative agencies, and an overview of how to navigate California’s regulatory and rulemaking process.
Lynne is LPI’s Legal Education Instructor and LPI Past President from 2020-2022. She currently teaches LPI’s Intermediate and Advanced Legal Professional Training Courses, as well as beginning level classes in the Sacramento area. Lynne has been a legal professional for over 30 years, with broad and specialized experience in several practice areas.
