Vivian will review the rules and applicable laws governing Electronic Signatures in California State courts and in Federal Courts.

Vivian Shreve has been a legal secretary/assistant for more than 40 years. Vivian has been an Executive Assistant at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California since 2008. She is the current President of Santa Clara County Legal Professionals Association, where she has been a member since 2013. Vivian currently serves as LPI’s CCLS Chair, and prior to that was the Chair of the California Certified Legal Secretary Certifying Board.

She is passionate about the legal field, her association, and LPI. Vivian believes in giving back and has been instrumental in mentoring and inspiring many in this profession. In her spare time, Vivian enjoys cooking for her family, spending as much time as possible with her three grandsons, working with her German shepherd, and playing softball.
