Effective immediately all future in-custody criminal complaint filings submitted electronically to the court are limited in size to 50 pages per case including the complaint and supporting documents, such as rap sheets and police reports in support of criminal protective order requests. Criminal complaint filings in excess of 50 pages per case are excluded from electronic filing, either by e-mail or fax and must be printed and delivered to the appropriate clerk’s office for filing. For the west slope jurisdiction file in Department 7, 2850 Fairlane Ct., Placerville and for the South Lake Tahoe jurisdiction file at 1354 Johnson Blvd., South Lake Tahoe.
