The El Dorado County Superior Court will be transitioning delinquent court cases (cases at failure to pay and failure to appear status) to Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP (“Linebarger”) for collections.
All new delinquent court cases will be referred to Linebarger for collections. All delinquent court cases currently being collected by El Dorado County Department of Child Support Services’ Revenue Recovery Division will transition to Linebarger in May and June, 2017. Revenue Recovery will provide notice to debtors when their case is transitioned to Linebarger.
All payments on delinquent court accounts referred/transitioned to Linebarger must be made directly to Linebarger. You may contact Linebarger at:
