No matter how often you file documents electronically in any given court, it is a good idea to review the Court Rules and e-filing procedures from time to time. In case you are not aware, Contra Costa County Superior requires the attachment of a tentative ruling to a proposed order that is submitted pursuant to a tentative ruling. Contra Costa also requires the use of the Proposed Order (Cover Sheet). The Clerk will reject the filing if the tentative ruling is not attached.
