Roopen Parekh, Esq. will review the challenges in applying for SSDI and how you can get through those challenges.

Attorney Roopen Parekh is a partner at the firm of Gade & Parekh, LLP, and a graduate of San Jose State University and Lincoln Law School of Sacramento.

Mr. Parekh has devoted his practice to SSDI and SSI claims involving all types of physical and mental disabilities. He handles claims from the initial application to the ALJ hearing, and to the Appeals Council. Throughout his career he has conducted thousands ALJ hearings, with a strong track record of favorable outcomes.

Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Parekh has presented on SSDI and SSI issues to organizations throughout Northern California including legal organizations, homeless outreach programs, drug and rehab programs, non-profit clinics, and disability support groups.

Mr. Parekh is a long-time member of CCTLA, CAOC, the Sacramento Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives, and a sustaining member of the National Organization for Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. He is also quite actively involved in his alma mater, Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, both in their Alumni Association and also a Board Member of the Lincoln Law School Scholarship Committee.

A resident of Placer County, Mr. Parekh likes to spend his free time hiking the local trails, making trips to the coast, cooking a weekend brunch for his family, going to local restaurants, or just catching a good movie on Netflix.
