If you are appearing telephonically, you must make your reserve1fons on Court Call’s website or by calling 1-866582-6678. Currently, Court Call’s fees are $40 for the first 45 minutes and $7.50 for each additional15-mlnute increment. Parties with Fee Waivers may participate in Court Call Without paying any fees.

Petitions for Writ of Mandate, Prohibition or Certiorari Gov. Coda 88928 (there is no fee for filing a petition if the underlying matter is criminal or juvenile in nature) — $775

Petitions for Writ of Review involving Agriculture Labor Relations Board (ALRB), Public Employees Relation Board (PERS), Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC), or Public Utilities Commission (PUC) — $775

Petitions: for writs resulting from contempt proceedings, for writ of habeas corpus, for writs of supersedeas (if related notice of appeal has been filed), Petition to transfer (Rule 8.1006), or for writs of review in Workers compensation Appeals Board cases. – No Fees
