Continued Suspension of Jury Trials
Based on the reported COVID-19 infection and hospitalization rates and the resulting impact on court personnel, attorneys, litigants, and others, the Court suspended new jury trials beginning December 27, 2021. The current suspension was set to end on February 4, 2022. Because these conditions continue, the Court will extend the suspension of new jury trials for one week, through and including February 10, 2022.
