Debrah “Debbye” Rosenthal first discovered her passion for the field of third party reproductive law while attending the University of California, San Diego. An honors graduate, Debbye received her bachelor’s degree in sociology, with a minor in law and society. Debbye then obtained her law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Debbye honed her legal knowledge of this emerging field as a teaching assistant for a Reproductive Justice class and serving as an executive board member of Law Students for Reproductive Justice. Shortly after passing the California Bar Exam, Debbye began working for a small Assisted Reproductive Technology law office in Los Angeles. After a few years with the Los Angeles office, Debbye made the decision to open her own firm in Orange County. Since that time she's been living in Orange County, where she enjoys spending time with friends and family at the beach, rigorous workouts at the local gym, walks with the office dog, Benny, at Balboa Island, and trips to Disneyland. Debbye is an active member of the Academy of California Adoption-ART Lawyers, the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy, and ABA ART division. He offers significant experience with issues involving cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and distributed ledger technology.
