Cheron J. McAleece, CCLS and Cyndee Sauceda, CCLS will be reviewing Notice of Appeal, Designating the Record, Briefing, Environmental Leadership Projects, Oral Arguments, Opinion, and Remittitur.

Ms. McAleece is a seasoned legal and administrative professional with more than 30 years in the legal field. Her certification from the UCLA Extension program along with her vast professional experience qualifies her to use the title “paralegal”. (California Business & Professions Code §§ 6450- 6456.) She is experienced with maintaining litigation, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) related docketing and has prepared filings in California's trial, appellate and supreme courts.

Cyndee Sauceda, CCLS is the Practice Group Administrator for the Land Use and Environmental Departments at Meyers Nave and has been with the firm for eighteen years. She is responsible for all the litigation and project related calendaring for both departments. She has over 20 years of experience in supporting attorneys and staff in all aspects of Civil Litigation. She is currently the Governor of Alameda County Legal Secretaries Association and the Legal Professional Training Chair of Legal Professionals, Incorporated.
