January 14, 2025 - March 11, 2025 This is an eight-week, work-at-your-own pace, online course that will cover appellate procedures within the California Courts of Appeal and Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Classes will take place online utilizing modules, video lectures, quizzes and a final exam. Handouts and a Reference Guide will be provided.
