In Hayward at the Hayward Hall of Justice
Papers for Domestic Violence and Elder Abuse Restraining Orders may be filed at the following locations:
In Oakland at the Rene C. Davidson Courthouse
In Hayward at the Hayward Hall of Justice
In Alameda at the George E. McDonald Hall of Justice
Domestic Violence Restraining Order hearings previously held at the Rene C. Davidson Courthouse will now be held in Alameda at the George E. McDonald Hall of Justice.
