Effective July 1, 2014, motions in limine in Alameda Superior will be filed in the Clerk’s Office 3 court days prior to the pretrial conference; or 3 court days prior to trial, if no pretrial conference takes place. Motions in limine, including any joinders, will incur a $60.00 filing fee.
