3RD DISTRICT COURT OF APPEAL – ANNOUNCES DESTRUCTION OF OLD COURT RECORDS

The Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, announces its intention to destroy the following civil and criminal records pursuant to Rule 10.1028(d) of the California Rules of Court.

Sealed material in case numbers C013000 to C016999, civil and criminal case numbers C008668 to C017956, civil case numbers C013846 to C037677 and civil case numbers C020733 to C040998.

Anyone who knows of a reason why any of the records listed above should be retained, whether for historical or other reasons, should notify Colette M. Bruggman, Assistant Clerk/Administrator. The reason for retention should be sent in writing by October 26, 2017.
