PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT documents generated by the Orange County Superior Court may have digital signatures, seals and/or stamps that are valid and enforceable.
Government Code section 68251 authorizes trial court records to be created electronically. Any notice, order, judgment, warrant, or similar document issued by the Orange County Superior Court or one of its judicial officers may be signed, subscribed, or verified using a computer or other technological means, and shall have the same validity, and the same legal force and effect, as paper documents, signed, subscribed, or verified by a trial court or a judicial officer.
